Order preparation
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's available.
Delivery times
Standard delivery: 15–30 business days depending on the destination and the product's supplier.
We prefer to be transparent rather than promise timeframes we can't meet: many of our products ship directly from the supplier, which allows us to offer better prices in exchange for longer delivery times. If your order exceeds 30 business days with no updates, write to us and we'll investigate right away.
Shipment tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to activate while the package is in international transit.
VAT and customs
All our prices include VAT. For shipments originating outside the European Union, high-value orders may be subject to customs duties under the destination country's regulations; in that case, the carrier will inform you before delivery.
Orders with multiple products
Products in the same order may ship separately if they come from different suppliers. You'll receive one tracking number per package and you won't be charged any additional cost.
Delivery issues
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or the tracking doesn't update for more than 15 days, contact us with your order number. We'll resend the product or refund the full amount — your choice.
