NARICITAS is an online store offering selected products, delivered to your door through international logistics providers. For any question about these terms you can write to us at support@naricitas.shop.
Products and prices
We do our best to ensure that descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. The prices shown include the applicable VAT. If we detect an obvious error in the price of a product, we may cancel the affected order with a full refund, informing you beforehand.
Orders and contract
By confirming your order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to reject orders in case of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, always with a full refund of any amount charged.
Payment
We accept card and PayPal. Payment is processed through secure gateways; we never store your full card details. The charge is made at the moment the order is confirmed.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and return conditions are governed by our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. As a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days.
Limitation of liability
We are liable for damages arising from breaches attributable to our negligence within the limits set by law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier incidents, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by European Union consumer protection regulations. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence where the law so provides.
